Absolute Convergence of Series - Expii

A series is absolutely convergent if the series consisting of the absolute values of the terms is convergent. More formally, the series \(\sum_{i=1}^\infty a_i\) is said to be absolutely convergent if the absolute value series \(\sum_{i=1}^\infty |a_i|\) converges. Not all convergent series are absolutely convergent, but all absolutely convergent series are convergent. Absolutely convergent series also have some other desirable properties to be covered next.
