# Indeterminate Forms and L'Hopital - Expii

Roughly speaking, an indeterminate form is a limit that can't be evaluated by substitution. For example, if you try to evaluate some limits by substitution, you would get the indeterminate form 0/0. One common method for evaluating these kinds of limits is l'Hospital's rule. Another method, less commonly taught, is to use Taylor approximations.
