Word Problems: When to Use Mean, Median, and Mode

The end of the semester is getting closer and the professor has not yet decided on the format of the final. After not being able to decide on a final that she felt would be the best format for students to show what they have learned, she decided to ask the students what they would like their final to be. The data set above shows the results of a questionnaire completed in class. If the professor wanted to know what the most frequently chosen option is, what measure of central tendency should she use?
