It's National Cream Filled Donut Day! The local bakery is giving out one free cream filled donut to each customer today. The bakery prides itself on making donuts that are uniform in appearance and weight. One of the customers, Danny, did not believe that the donuts were nearly as uniform as the bakery says they are. Danny decided to test the donuts and find out how close the donuts are in appearance and weight. Danny decided to get a dozen Boston cream donuts and weigh each one. In order to find out just how much the donuts range in weight Danny must find the standard deviation of the data he collected. The table above shows how much each donut weighs. Find the standard deviation to help Danny decide how much the donuts vary in weight.
