===

A game of telephone.

The landline telephone network was designed for 99.999%99.999\% reliability. To get an idea of how strong that is, suppose you have a game of "telephone" consisting of a chain of 100,000100,000 people. The first person receives a message from outside, and repeats it to the second person, who then repeats the message to the third person, and so on, until the 100,000th100,000^{\text{th}} person receives the message.

Suppose that each repetition succeeds with probability 99.999%99.999\%, independent of the success or failure of all other repetitions. What is the probability that the message passes all the way through to the 100,000th100,000^{\text{th}} person perfectly, rounded to the nearest percent?
