Summary of Congruence Rules

Alice went on a mountain hike (on a triangular path, of course!) and wrote down these directions for her friend Bob, who is a slower hiker:

First, walk 1 mile north. Then, turn 120 degrees clockwise and walk forward 2 miles. Finally, return in a straight line to where you started.

Are these instructions detailed enough for Bob to hike the same path as Alice?
