Converting Between Measurement Systems - Examples
Levi makes amazing brownies, she has recipes for both fudgy and cakey in order to satisfy even the pickiest brownie eaters. Both kinds of brownies use pretty much the same ingredients, but the amount of certain ingredients vary. Here is a list that shows the difference:
For fudgy brownies:
- 1 stick of butter
- 6 oz of dark chocolate
- teaspoon of coarse salt
- cup + 2 tablespoon of flour
For cakey brownies:
- stick of butter
- 4 oz of dark chocolate
- teaspoon of coarse salt
- cup of flour
note: 1 cup = 16 tablespoon
What is the ratio of butter (Fudgy to cakey brownies)? What about dark chocolate, salt and flour?
