Ally loves going to carnivals during the summer to play all of the carnival games. Ally is currently on a winning streak while playing balloon darts. The balloon dart board has 76 balloons on it, only 14 of those 76 balloons contain a prize. What is the probability of Ally winning a prize on both her first and second dart throws?
