Lauren and Amy attend a white elephant Christmas party in which they were asked to each pick a number out of a hat in order to find out the order in which they get to pick a gift. The numbers in the hat go from one to sixteen. What are the chances that Lauren picks an even number from one to ten, then Amy picks an even number as well?
