Conditional Probability

A survey on New Year's resolutions was conducted. Of those surveyed, 39,000 people who attempted New Year's resolutions were in their 20's. Also, 17,500 people that attempted New Year's resolutions in their 20's were successful at maintaining their resolution. What is the probability that someone maintains their resolution given they are in their twenties?
