Clara's club is doing a donut sale on campus. They are planning on ordering about 100 boxes of donuts.

There are 16 people in Clara's club, each member has to at least sell $x$ boxes during their pre-sale. This means some people pay for the donuts ahead of time and pick them up on the day of the event.

To ensure they are sold out on the day of the fundraiser, the number of "free" boxes (ones that are not pre-sold) has to be less than 15.
