Po-Shen Loh is making chocolate chip cookies for the $14$ people on the Expii team. He has $70$ chocolate chips to distribute among the $14$ cookies. Of course, he could just put $5$ chocolate chips onto every cookie, but due to Saturn being closer in orbit this month and the Dallas Cowboys’ win to loss ratio this season, he simply can’t.

For example, he could have:

• $14$ cookies with $5$ chocolate chips each
• $7$ cookies with $2$ chocolate chips and $7$ cookies with $8$ chocolate chips
• $13$ cookies with $0$ chocolate chips and $1$ cookie with $70$ chocolate chips (yum!)
