Conditions for Equilibrium

Suppose we have an uniform straight rod of mass $m$ and length $l$ and there is a sharp pin on the ground stood perpendicularly. On which point should we place the rod on the pin such that it stays horizontal to the ground? Neglect the rods thickness.
