There's a new park being constructed in the center of town, and Leslie and Ron each have jobs to do. Leslie has to lay down grass seed in a large $n$-meter by $2n$-meter area, and Ron has to build a fence around the area. Leslie can plant at a rate of $2$ square meters per minute and it takes Ron $3$ minutes to build one meter of fence; additionally, Leslie gets a $40$-minute head start.
