Word Problems Using Parabolas

Laura noticed that a piece of art in her neighborhood was an arch in the shape of a parabola. Having just learned about parabolas she decides to figure out the equation for it. She estimates that it's about 15 feet high and a base width of 22 feet. Find an equation that models the shape using the ground as the $x$-axis.
