In analogy to linear motion, the simplest type of circular motion is one where θ(t)=ωt\theta(t) = \omega t and r(t)=rr(t) = r, i.e. something that rotates constantly about its axis. Unlike circular motion, this form of motion requires constant acceleration. Without being acted on by a force, an object will follow a straight line.

Type a concept, like “slope” or “photosynthesis”.
