Permutation Notation

Francine uses a combination lock everyday to lock up her bike. Francine changes the combination on the lock every day. If the lock requires a four digit combination and Francine can choose from the numbers $0$-$9$. How many days can Francine have a new code before she has to repeat one? (Each code cannot have repeat numbers.)
