Counting and Probability: Conducting Simulations

In genetics, there are dominant and recessive traits. Dominant traits (like brown hair or eyes) are common and visible if they are present anywhere in the DNA. Recessive traits (like red hair or blue eyes) are rarer and visible only if there are no dominant traits (for that particular trait) present. Hybrid traits are possible where a person visibly carries a dominant trait, but also carries genes for the recessive trait.
If two brown-haired parents with hybrid traits, are having a baby, the probabilities of the child's hair are as follows:
- chance of brown hair with no red hair traits.
- chance of brown hair with red hair traits
- chance of red hair.
What would be an appropriate simulation of the possible genes of the child?
