Probability: Selecting with Replacement

I have a bag of jelly beans. This bag has $250$ pear jelly beans in it and $1000$ jelly beans total. If I grab a non pear jelly bean and put it back because I wanted a pear jelly bean, what is my probability of pulling a pear jelly bean on the second pull?
