Given a triangle ABCABC and 33 cevians AA′AA', BB′BB', CC′CC', given that the cevians are concurrent at PP. Reflect A′A' from the midpoint of BCBC to get A′′A'', and define B′′B'' and C′′C'' similarly. Then the 33 new lines AA′′AA'', BB′′BB'', CC′′CC'' are also concurrent at a point P′P', which we call it the isotomic conjugate of PP.
